  Wednesday morning ran in between patients around during 9:00 in the morning. Only one person at checkout and both guests in front of me did not know what they wanted. Rather than offer to ring the person up in line or have another cashier come out to help, we all just stood there waiting and waiting and waiting for a decision to be made. Not only my did the cashier not help the customer make a decision she kept getting the customer sidetracked by asking about their families a day what they were doing for the day. I'm all for friendly customer service but after 15 min I walked out and went to a local spot. Why they couldn't just have two people on the register is beyond me. As for the drive thru, lol the line was 8 cars long when I left.

  Non edible items in food.:
  Yesterday my friend's mom brought us some Bread co back to the house. I got the creamy chicken and wild rice soup. Put it in my bread bowl, mixed it around and started eating. As I'm about to take another bite I notice something blue. It was part of a toothpick with the colored cellophane wrap on the top. I passed it by. Wondering how the hell it got in there, but I wasn't phased. 2 bites after, I see something that I think is the skin of an onion, the membrane that sometimes comes off of sliced onions. I pulled it out of my soup. It was a piece of plastic. I didn't want to find out what else was in my soup so my dinner was ruined.
  
  I know mistakes happen, I've worked in restaurants for 9 years. But seriously ?? Come on . That was a choking hazard and it could have done internal damage.
  
  What if that had been a child's meal??
  You're lucky I saw it and you have no law suit to be filed.
  
  Watch your employees, teach them the importance of proper food prep.
