Working in the same plaza means that we try to order from close places for lunch and dinner but we will be traveling further to get our meals moving forward.
I cannot tell you how many times we (as a company) have ordered from here and either the orders are messed up, we have to wait up to 20 additional minutes for our food or the food was old.
What tops it off... the customer service is horrendous! We have called twice now to tell the cecils staff that something in our order is messed up and they accuse us of lying! The turnover rate here is ridiculous and the management is even worse... I cannot fathom how this restaurant is still in business...January 04, 2017
